Korean giant Samsung had today announced two new low cost Android Jelly bean handsets named Samsung galaxy Young and galaxy Fame which will be going to soon enter Indian Markets with low price tag. These low cost Android smartphones from Samsung will sail on latest Android OS 4.1 Jelly bean. both the latest version are almost similar with minor changes. Samsung has not yet unveiled its price in India but you should expect it between 8k to 10k. Lets check out some of their features.

Samsung Galaxy Young and Fame
The both handsets have smaller screen as compared with recently launched smartphones from Samsung. These will come with 1 Ghz Processor. The Resolution is not so better as these are low cost handsets. The both of handsets will have 480x320p resolution. the company will launch two variants of both the handsets supporting Dual SIM and Single SIM. lets see some of the key features of Samsung Galaxy Young and Fame .
Samsung Galaxy Young
The galaxy young made specially for the youth generation comes with 1 GHz single core processor and a 768 MB of RAM. the handset sails on latest jelly bean OS (with Samsung Home baked Firmware). The screen size is 3.27 incches with 480×320 pixels resolution. inbuilt storage is 4 GB which is expandable upto 64 GB via Micro SD card. Samsung Galaxy Young Sports 3 MP Rear camera with No led Flash.
On connectivity part the phones supports 2G, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 GPES (A-GPS), micro USB slot and a 3.5 mm audio jack. the handsets is built with sleek design and a sporty look which is very capable for rough use. It weights 112 grams with 12.5mm of thickness. There are Proximity, G Sensors and magnetic Sensors with 1300 mAh battery which is enough for a Single core processor.
Samsung Galaxy Fame
The galaxy Fame comes with a slighter changes as compared with Galaxy young. yes it comes with Bigger display and more better camera. Galaxy Fame also runs on 1 GHz Single core processor but with 512 MB RAM and sails on Android Jelly Bean OS. Internal memory is same as young. it comes with 4 GB of internal storage expandable upto 64 GB.
Screen is 3.5 inches which makes this phone more attractive however there will not be a huge difference in price of both the handsets. There is a 3.5 inch screen supporting 480×320 pixels resolution.
Galaxy fame Sports 5 megapixel Auto Focus Rear camera with LED Flash and also a secondary front VGA Camera for video calls and chat. It weights 120 gms a bit heavier than the young Version. On connectivity it supports 3G, 2G WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0GPS (A-Gps/Glonass), micro USB slot and 3.5 mm audio jack. Sensors are expected to be proximity, acclerometer and magnetic sensors with 1300 MAh of Battery to support jelly bean on Single Core Processor.
The exact price of Samsung galaxy Young and fame is not yet known but they are expected to be in between 8k to 10k .
