To know if a site is hosted on blogger or wordpress you can do it with a very simple and easy technique or trick.
Step-1)If a post has enabled comment by readers then go to comment column ,then see its format if its format is like comment with open id,name/url/wordpress or anonymous then its surely on
blogger and if its like 1st column for name ,2nd for email and third is website which is optional and then message then it is on wordpress .
